Thank you for supporting KC Lynn and purchasing her books and art. Please review our No Returns Policy below.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personal and collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

Change of mind

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Minor imperfections inherent to printed materials

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is important to us! While we do not accept returns, we are happy to address issues with items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Contact us at authorkclynn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Errors

If we made an error in fulfilling your order, please let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing authorkclynn@gmail.com. Include your order number and details about the issue so we can make it right.
